The role of Manager Finance (MT member)

As Manager Finance within Esschert Design BV, you have a strategic focus in tackling complex matters that require creativity and foresight and you are also responsible for our IT team. You have the right, demonstrable leadership qualities to help manage a growing, international organization and know how to align your work with the corporate strategy. You are closely involved with our sister and subsidiary companies in China, America, England and Denmark, pay attention to people and know how to build productive relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.

As a MT member, you have an active role in decisions about policy and strategy, identify financial risks and tackle them proactively, minimize the organization's costs without losing quality and productivity, analyze the results achieved, implement changes based on them and draw up the financial reports to then present them clearly and concisely to management and relevant stakeholders. You are a coach for your teams and know how to get the most out of the potential of your employees.

• A solid portion of ambition to develop yourself, of course with our help, towards CFO within 3 years
• A completed Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accountancy
• At least 5 years of work experience in a similar position
• Broad financial and accounting knowledge
• Demonstrable leadership skills
• Experience with budget management, accounting and cash flow
• Communicative and socially strong, decisive and dominant through natural leadership
• Determined, honest, analytical, decisive, problem-solving
