The role of Account Manager South Netherlands
As an account manager at Esschert Design BV, you will be responsible for managing and expanding existing customer relationships. You are the point of contact for our customers and ensure that they are and remain satisfied. In addition, you are constantly looking for new opportunities and possibilities in Belgium to increase our customer base.
- You maintain close contact with existing customers and build strong relationships
- You detect needs and respond proactively to these through upselling and cross-selling
- You closely monitor market developments and translate these into opportunities for our company
- You draw up quotations and close deals with potential customers
- You use our CRM system to follow up leads and keep track of all customer information.
As an Account Manager Belgium, you are accountable to the Country Manager Benelux.

Are you the new Account Manager South Netherlands at Esschert Design BV?
To be successful in this position, you have a commercial attitude and you are a strong communicator. You know how to build and maintain a good relationship, and you have an eye for the wishes and needs of customers. In addition, you are result-oriented and you always go for the best result.
You also have:
- Professionally oriented level in a commercial direction
- Approximately 2 – 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of AFAS and Microsoft Office. App4Sales is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A drive to successfully conclude business transactions
- Agility in obtaining concessions, resolving conflicts and creating win-win situations
- The ability to put customers first without compromising your own business interests
