In essence we speak of sustainability when man, environment and economy are in balance. For Esschert Design, sustainability, with nature as its greatest source of inspiration, is mostly self-evident. Thus, the theme of sustainability is central to our business operations, but is even more prominent in our collections. Our collection Best for Birds for example, is all about the welfare of birds and other garden animals and makes people aware of a beautiful piece of nature. The products in the line therefore contribute to better biodiversity.

Best for Birds

The Best for Birds range contains a wide variety of (gift) items for birds in the garden. Nice to give, but also to keep for yourself. The assortment is aimed at both the bird lover and the professional birdwatcher. All products have a functional, but beautiful design and are suitable for a very wide variety of bird species. The range consists of a series of nesting boxes, bird feeders and attributes.

Broadly speaking, our Best for Birds collection consists of products that answer the following questions:

Bird peanut butter

Bird peanut butter is and remains a highly requested product. Our bird peanut butter has no added salt and is therefore healthy for the birds. The lid of the jars is made of recycled plastic and has recently been given a protective film to preserve the quality of the peanut butter. The bird peanut butter comes in various flavours and types, ther is something there for every bird. No shelves to put the peanut butter in or want to sell more different peanutbutter jars? Nesting boxes: Now is the ideal moment to sell

By (re)placing nesting boxes in the autumn, birds can already get used to them and use the box as a place sleep in or seek shelter from bad weather. The chance of habitation in the spring is therefore considerably greater. That makes autumn the ideal time to start selling nesting boxes! The majority of our nesting boxes can be opened, so you can easily access them when it's time to clean them.

In addition to nesting boxes for the most common garden birds, we even have nesting boxes for owls in our Best for Birds collection. The nesting boxes provide a good place to nest and help to maintain the population within an area. An important key indicator for biodiversity!
