Garden trend 2020: garden carpets
Monday, August 3, 2020
Garden carpets are a real trend this year. Not really surprising, because we spend more time in our own garden. Especially this year. When we spend more time outside, we want to make it just as comfy and cozy as inside, right? We create a second living room outside and finish it with a garden carpet.
An indoor carpet is of course not suitable for outside use. Outdoor carpets should be easy to clean and need to be water resistant. There are many different types of garden carpets, but which type of carpet do you pick for which garden? That depends entirely on the customer's wishes. That is why we offer you a wide choice of garden carpets. Different materials, shapes and patterns.
Handy reversible carpets
A carpet that is booming this year is the reversible garden carpet. As the name suggests, the carpet is reversible. The best thing about this variant is that both sides have different colour and pattern variations. Simply turn it over for a new look! This reversible version is available in many different colours and patterns.
The reversible carpets are made of plastic and fully water resistant. Therefore you can use it all summer long without any problems. Even in wet summers. Just clean it with a damp cloth and it is ready to use again. The material is very lightweight, so also easy to take it with you. For example to the campsite or for a day at the beach.
Reversible garden carpets
Just like the living room carpet, the choice for a garden carpet depends on someone's taste and decor. For those who are looking for a little more comfort, for example, a deep mixed pile carpet is a very good choice. Feet will love the nice and soft fabric. The carpets have perforated undersides so rainwater does not stay on the carpet and it easily drains away. Available in different colours.

Sizes and shapes garden carpets
The standard rectangular variant is very popular and fits in almost every garden. Offer your customer an alternative to the standard variant with our round or square carpets. A round garden carpet looks great under a small bistro set, but can also give a rectangular lounge set a slightly more playful effect.
Last, but not least: the square variant, which fits very well in combination with a lounge set equipped with a chaise longue. Both the square and the round variant are reversible.
